Who we're looking for:

• Newly licensed agents or those actively working toward a license
• Motivated, coachable people serious about building the right habits early
• Strong communicators who enjoy working with others
• No prior real estate experience required

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+

• Real Estate License or in the process of getting one.
• Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.
• Proven track record of setting and achieving personal or professional goals.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development sessions.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team to share insights and strategies.
