Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med Surg & PCU Duration: Travel position Shift: 36 hours per week Hours per Shift: Varies Experience: 2 years of PCU mixed with Med Surg/Telemetry experience required License: Current Registered Nurse license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required Must-Have: - 2 years of PCU mixed with Med Surg/Telemetry experience - BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications Description: Will be working in a Med Surg and PCU setting. Floating is required, including to other campuses and units. Home base will be a Med Surg Telemetry Floor with a 36-bed unit. Nurse-to-patient ratios are 5 to 6 patients per RN. Prior travel experience is highly preferred. Degree accreditation or 5 years of experience required. Culture is very important in this environment. Travelers are welcomed into the units and are expected to function as core staff. Demographic information must be provided during submission. All requested documentation is required prior to starting.
