About The Role We’re hiring a senior, hands-on GTM Automation Lead to build the systems that power our top‑of‑funnel motion. You’ll turn signals, enrichment, and modern automation tools into measurable pipeline impact — partnering closely with Marketing, SDRs, and Revenue Technology. Location: Remote within the U.S or SF/NYC preferred. Responsibilities Build signal‑based activation workflows across Common Room, Salesforce, and a sequencing platform (Gong Engage preferred) Design and operate enrichment waterfalls (ZoomInfo, LeadIQ, Clay) Translate prioritized audiences into sequences, tasks, and SDR workflows Partner with Revenue Technology on Salesforce changes delivered on a biweekly sprint cadence Instrument dashboards, QA checks, and experiments to improve conversion and speed Qualifications We Value 5+ years in GTM Ops, Marketing Ops, RevOps, or similar Hands‑on experience with sequencing tools (Gong Engage preferred) Proven ability to build automation that drives pipeline outcomes Strong Salesforce fluency (activation layer, not platform ownership) Comfort operating in modern GTM tooling + no/low‑code environments Nice to Haves Zapier / Make / N8n / Lovable / webhooks / APIs Deliverability + outbound quality controls SQL or data warehouse exposure Experience operationalizing signal‑based GTM plays at scale Perks & Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage with plans to fit you and your family Flexible PTO to take the time you need, when you need it Paid parental leave for all new parents welcoming a new child Retirement savings plan to help you plan for the future Remote work setup budget to help you create a productive home office Monthly wellness and communication stipend to keep you connected and balanced In‑office meal program and commuter benefits provided for onsite employees Compensation At Cresta Cresta’s approach to compensation is simple: recognize impact, reward excellence, and invest in our people. We offer competitive, location‑based pay that reflects the market and what each individual brings to the table. The posted base salary range represents what we expect to pay for this role in a given location. Final offers are shaped by factors like experience, skills, education, and geography. In addition to base pay, total compensation includes equity and a comprehensive benefits package for you and your family.
