Hospice Marketing Liaison

Role Hospice Marketing Liaison Responsibilities Develop and maintain referral relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, eldercare facilities, and community partners. Conduct outbound calls and in-person visits to referral sources. Identify new business opportunities through market data and community insights. Deliver presentations and in-services to educate on hospice services and outcomes. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth referral-to-admission processes. Represent the organization at community events and networking activities. Provide daily activity reports and follow up on referrals to facilitate care admissions. Qualifications & Skills Experience in healthcare marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in hospice. Strong knowledge of hospice services, healthcare regulations, and compliance standards. Established referral relationships within Houston. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven. Professional, courteous, and respectful demeanor.
