Maintenance Worker

Duties
Performs routine plumbing maintenance, repairing, cleaning and testing systems.
Constructs, installs and repairs carpentry components such as framing, shelving and forms.
Independently paints interior and exterior surfaces on existing residential units and equipment using standard coating methods such as brushing, rolling, and spraying.
Performs roofing maintenance, including installing shingles and tiles.
Performs gardening, landscaping, and other maintenance duties as assigned in support of facility upkeep and appearance.
Uses a computerized maintenance management system to receive, document, and close work orders.
$25.96 - $32.45 per hour
