The purpose of this position is to perform administrative work in the preparation of federal and non- federal funded bid solicitation documents considered moderate to complex and technical specifications for the purchase of commodities, supplies, services, construction and related projects. The employee will process daily requests for purchase forms, review payroll related documents and conduct labor interviews associated with federally funded projects, schedule and conduct daily meetings, prepare addendums and maintain proper documentation on same.About the Organization: McAllen is one of the fastest growing cities in America with a population alone close to 148,000.
