• Provide nursing care in accordance with resident care policies and procedures
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor residents' health status and report changes to appropriate personnel
• Document all nursing care provided accurately and timely
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide optimal patient care

Requirements of the RN - Long Term Care - Travel

• Current RN license
• Experience in long term care setting
• BLS Certification
