Talent Acquisition Manager

LaSalle Network is partnering with our client to hire a Talent Acquisition Manager in Detroit, MI for a hybrid environment. This Talent Acquisition Manager opportunity is exciting because you’ll step into a true working-manager role during a period of growth, owning critical senior-level hiring while improving recruiting operations and building stronger, more diverse pipelines. Our client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who can move with urgency, personally run full-cycle recruiting end-to-end, and lead a small team while still carrying their own requisition load. This is a Contract-to-Hire role.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a mix of roles from Program Coordinator through VP-level, including specialized and niche searches requiring active sourcing.

• Lead and develop a small team of Talent Acquisition Partners while remaining hands-on with your own requisitions.

• Manage an active requisition load (approximately 5–10 openings at a time), with a focus on Director-level and above.

• Build, refine, and optimize recruiting processes to improve time-to-fill and close operational gaps.

• Handle end-to-end candidate management, including scheduling and coordination, in an environment without dedicated coordinator support.

• Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders to drive alignment, intake, and execution across the hiring process.

• Build diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines and apply inclusive recruiting practices throughout the process.

• Support senior-level searches with an executive search-style approach to sourcing and candidate engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience independently owning full-cycle recruiting end-to-end (sourcing through offer/close), without relying on recruiting operations or coordinator support.

• Demonstrated ability to move with urgency and execute quickly in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience filling niche or specialized roles that require proactive, direct sourcing strategies.

• Strong data-driven approach to recruiting and process improvement (e.g., pipeline health, time-to-fill, funnel metrics).

• Prior experience managing and developing a recruiting team while maintaining personal productivity on requisitions.

• Experience building diverse candidate pipelines and embedding inclusive hiring practices into the recruiting process.

• Nice-to-have experience with workforce planning and/or Learning & Development.

• Compensation: $50 – $60 hourly
