Outreach Specialist

Community Outreach Marketing Associate (Part-Time) Location: Portland, OR Position Type: Field-Based BG Staffing is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and relationship-focused Community Outreach Marketing Associate to support marketing and business development efforts throughout our multifamily housing portfolio in the Portland market . This role focuses on increasing brand visibility, building relationships with property management professionals, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting local sales initiatives through community outreach, networking, and property visits. If you enjoy meeting people, working independently, and representing a recognized brand in the field, we'd love to hear from you. Community Outreach Visit multifamily apartment communities throughout the Portland market. Complete a minimum of 60 property visits per week . Promote BG Staffing's services and increase brand awareness. Develop and maintain strong relationships with property managers, leasing professionals, and regional management teams. Serve as a positive and professional ambassador for the BG Staffing brand. Marketing & Business Development Support Assist local sales and operations teams with outreach and marketing initiatives. Distribute marketing collateral and promotional materials. Represent BG Staffing at industry events, networking functions, apartment association events, and community activities. Identify potential client opportunities and communicate market feedback to leadership. Track and maintain records of outreach activities and property visits. Brand Engagement Collect photos, videos, testimonials, and market insights from properties and events. Assist with social media content collection and local brand promotion. Ensure consistent and professional brand representation across all interactions. Qualifications Required Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude. Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the Portland metropolitan area. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Experience in marketing, customer service, field sales, staffing, community outreach, or multifamily housing. Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
