We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder with at least 2 years of experience performing TIG welding on stainless steel components. The ideal candidate will be able to read blueprints, fabricate and weld stainless steel parts to specification, and maintain high-quality workmanship while following safety standards.
Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on stainless steel materials according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Set up and operate TIG welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and welding symbols.
• Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, cleaning, and fitting components prior to welding.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Perform minor fabrication, assembly, and finishing work as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of TIG welding experience .
• Minimum 2 years of experience welding stainless steel using the TIG process .
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols.
• Knowledge of welding safety practices and proper use of measuring tools.
• Ability to perform quality welds with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Welding certification(s) preferred but not required.
