Entry Manufacturing Laborer – Grand Prairie BoxPosition Title: Entry Manufacturing Laborer – Grand Prairie BoxPay Rate: $24.29/hr. plus shift differentialSign-on Bonus: $500 after 30 days, $500 after 6 monthsCategory/Shift: Hourly Full-TimeMonday – Saturday, must be able to work any shift7am – 3pm (training period only)3pm – 11pm11pm – 7amPhysical Location: Grand Prairie Box1200 West Carrier ParkwayGrand Prairie, TX 75050The Job You Will Perform:Following all trained and published safety policies and proceduresCounting and stacking finished productReading factory ordersAccurately reading gauges and other test equipmentUtilizing basic shop math and have the ability to reading a tape measureInspecting productAccurately completing quality checks to ensure specific directions are followedThe ability to practice and maintain great housekeepingThis person will also be assigned to weekly clean-up functions including but not limited to blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap.Assist with securing all required tooling and materials to manufacture production ordersOther duties as requiredThe Skills You Will Bring:Good attendance and punctuality2 years manufacturing experience preferredMust be 18 years of age or olderConsent to a background check and pre-employment physical / drug screenVerifiable, stable work historyFlexible to work overtime as neededMust have a positive attitude with a willingness to learn new things, receive and follow instructions
