Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint a Project Manager to join their close-knit team. The role You'll be responsible for delivering commercial construction projects from pre‑construction through to completion, working closely with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure successful delivery. Responsibilities include: Managing commercial construction projects. Developing project schedules and budgets. Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers. Managing procurement activities. Preparing project reports. Supporting estimating and pre-construction when required. Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. What we're looking for Previous Project Management experience with a Commercial General Contractor. Experience delivering commercial interiors or tenant improvement projects.
