Senior Estimator

Location: Houston, TX Experience: 8+ years of commercial construction estimating experience Project Size: $200M+ About the Company We are a Tier 1 general contractor with annual revenues exceeding $1 billion , delivering some of the largest and most complex construction projects across Texas and the United States. With a portfolio that includes $200M+ projects , we have built a reputation for executing technically demanding projects while maintaining strong relationships with some of the industry's most sophisticated owners, developers, architects, and consultants. Key Responsibilities Lead the estimating process for $200M+ complex commercial construction projects . Own estimates from early conceptual design through final bid, GMP, contract award, and project turnover. Develop detailed conceptual, schematic, design-development, GMP, negotiated, and hard-bid estimates. Establish overall estimating strategy, methodology, and approach for major pursuits. Review and interpret highly complex architectural, structural, civil, MEP, and specialty construction documents. Lead detailed quantity takeoffs and cost development across multiple trades. Develop detailed labor, material, equipment, subcontractor, and general conditions pricing. Project Experience Candidates should have significant experience estimating complex, large-scale commercial construction projects. Experience with projects of $200M+ is strongly preferred. Relevant project experience may include: Hospitality & resorts Entertainment & sports facilities Municipal / public facilities Industrial / advanced manufacturing Mission-critical facilities Large institutional projects Qualifications 8+ years of commercial construction estimating experience. Proven experience leading estimates for $100M-$200M+ projects . Experience with a Tier 1 or large regional/national general contractor strongly preferred.
