Experience

Proven management experience within the retail industry with a focus on sales team supervision. Demonstrated success in retail sales growth through effective team leadership and strategic planning. Extensive knowledge of POS systems, inventory management software, and retail math calculations. Strong background in employee recruitment, training & development, and managerial communication. Experience with budgeting, payroll administration, bookkeeping, and operational management. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer bases. Prior experience in grocery stores or wireless sales environments is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent organizational skills combined with time management expertise to handle multiple priorities efficiently. Familiarity with retail marketing strategies including merchandising and promotional activities. Effective leadership qualities with a focus on team motivation and fostering a positive work environment
