Experience

• Proven management experience within the retail industry with a focus on sales team supervision.
• Demonstrated success in retail sales growth through effective team leadership and strategic planning.
• Extensive knowledge of POS systems, inventory management software, and retail math calculations.
• Strong background in employee recruitment, training & development, and managerial communication.
• Experience with budgeting, payroll administration, bookkeeping, and operational management.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer bases.
• Prior experience in grocery stores or wireless sales environments is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent organizational skills combined with time management expertise to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
• Familiarity with retail marketing strategies including merchandising and promotional activities.
