Sales Manager

We are actively seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our retail sales team and drive revenue growth across our store locations. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily sales operations, developing strategic sales initiatives, and fostering a high-performance environment. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in retail industry sales management, demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, and excel in motivating teams to achieve and surpass sales targets. As a key contributor to our organizational success, the Sales Manager will ensure excellent customer service, maintain inventory control, and implement effective merchandising strategies.

Job Responsibilities

Sales Expansion
To build up relationship with current customers
To develop new customers and industry
To develop new and maintain with OEM customers
To manage Day-To-Day Sales Activities
Complete understand the product and the market to present the company
Manage target marketing area
Sales Planning
To make plan for sales increase
Forecast to aware the future market
Market Research
Customer Research
Monitor industries trend
Sales Responsible
Strong negotiation skills
Increase the Annual Sales
Won new business award
Coordinate with product team to meet customer's requirement
Attract new buyers and maintain with current buyers
Stay on the right track for past, present, and future PO and RF

Experience

Proven management experience within the retail industry with a focus on sales team supervision.
Demonstrated success in retail sales growth through effective team leadership and strategic planning.
Extensive knowledge of POS systems, inventory management software, and retail math calculations.
Strong background in employee recruitment, training & development, and managerial communication.
Experience with budgeting, payroll administration, bookkeeping, and operational management.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer bases.
Prior experience in grocery stores or wireless sales environments is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent organizational skills combined with time management expertise to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
Familiarity with retail marketing strategies including merchandising and promotional activities.
Effective leadership qualities with a focus on team motivation and fostering a positive work environment
