Role Overview This position involves delivering high-quality nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for evaluating patients/residents, contributing to assessments and care plans, administering medications and treatments, and supervising unlicensed staff to ensure effective patient care. Responsibilities Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition. Assist with nursing assessments and care planning. Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered. Supervise and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff. Qualifications Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing program. Currently licensed or pending licensure by the State Board of Nursing. Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required. Skills & Attributes Strong clinical assessment and observation skills.
