About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Clinical Services to play a pivotal role in the translation of executive strategy into scalable and standardized clinical operating models. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistency in care delivery, staffing, documentation, and outcomes across various locations. This role involves leading clinical readiness and execution for new ventures, with a focus on strong referral flow, admissions performance, and ongoing service delivery. The VP will also be tasked with owning clinical quality, compliance, and performance management, and must be adept at using data and dashboards to drive accountability and continuous improvement. Applicants for the Vice President of Clinical Services position at the company must have an active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in California, or the ability to obtain one, and a Certified Hospice & Palliative Nurse (CHPN) designation. A minimum of 10 years' progressive clinical leadership experience, including a proven track record in multi-site clinical operations and experience within joint venture or hospital-partnered care models, is required. The role demands a leader with strong influence, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making skills, as well as exceptional communication, executive-level presentation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. The VP will be expected to develop, coach, and hold senior clinical leaders accountable for operational excellence, workforce stability, and high-performing teams, while championing a culture of compassionate, accountable leadership.
