Occupational Therapist (OT)Reports ToDirector of RehabilitationJob SummaryProvides OT evaluations and treatments to patients with functional or adaptive needs to improve independence in daily living.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesConduct assessments and establish treatment goals.Provide interventions such as self-care training and adaptive equipment.Document evaluations, treatments, and progress.Supervise COTAs and collaborate with care teams.Train caregivers and nursing staff.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.Current state OT license.Experience in long-term care preferred.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- KSAsKnowledge of OT interventions and rehab techniques.Communication and problem-solving skills.Strong organizational ability.Physical & Environmental RequirementsLift up to 100 lbs with assistance.Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching.EEO & ADA Statement: Progressive Rehab Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
