Remote Client Success & Operations Specialist
University of Phoenix
The University of Phoenix is seeking a Client Success Operations Specialist (Virtual) to support alliance growth and client management within Workforce Solutions. This full-time, fully remote role partners with the Client Success team to drive engagement and reporting for employer alliances.
You’ll manage student tracking and data entry, maintain documentation in the CRM, and collaborate with leadership to optimize pipelines and reporting.
