Client Operations Specialist

Road to Rev runs ongoing outbound sales for B2B companies selling into the consumer packaged goods industry. \"Consumer packaged goods\" covers the brands you find on shelves and in carts, including food, beverage, supplements, personal care, and household products. We are growing quickly and hiring a Client Operations Specialist to help run client engagements. This is a remote role working Central time business hours. What you will do You will keep the operations behind every client account running smoothly, working closely with our sales reps and leadership. That means taking on the projects that free the rest of the team to focus on selling, keeping client work accurate, and continuously finding the next task worth streamlining. Our sales reps do not build lead lists, write sequences, or set up campaigns. The Client Operations Specialist supports them by handling those workflows directly and automating them where it makes sense. You will also work directly with clients on the accounts you support. When a client asks why last week's outbound metrics looked different from the week before, you will be the one most qualified to answer. Day to day Supporting leadership on client accounts, operational projects, and the day-to-day work that keeps the business moving. Running client communication, including onboarding calls, weekly reporting, and account health conversations. Supporting our sales reps by QAing their communications, creating automations and documentation that support their efforts, and solving day-to-day problems. Configuring new client accounts in our CRM, including account architecture, campaign infrastructure, and calling setup. Building and refining prospect lists as campaign targeting evolves. Monitoring campaigns and systems, and resolving issues before they reach a client. What you get Real scope. Compensation and benefits On-target earnings of $65,000 for year one, including a $55,000 base salary and performance compensation tied to client retention. unlimited paid time off a company sponsored 401(k) health insurance What we are looking for You must be living and working full-time in the United States. One to three years in agency operations, client success, or a comparable role. The grit to work a problem on your own until it is solved. When something stalls, you try the next angle and carry it to the finish line without waiting for direction. Exceptional organization. You will carry many moving pieces across multiple accounts, and small errors compound quickly.
