Kitchen Manager

The Boxer Kitchen & Bar – Clearwater Beach, FL

The Boxer Kitchen & Bar is looking for a motivated Kitchen Manager to help lead our back-of-house team. We're looking for someone who can lead by example, work the line alongside the team, and help maintain a fast-paced, organized kitchen.

This is a hands-on leadership position—not a desk job.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach the kitchen team during service
Cook on the line during shifts
Maintain food quality and consistency
Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are met
Assist with inventory, ordering, and scheduling
Perform quality checks and help maintain kitchen standards
Help train and develop new team members
Work with management to improve kitchen operations

Qualifications

Kitchen leadership experience preferred
Strong cooking skills in a high-volume environment
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Reliable, organized, and able to lead under pressure
Nights, weekends, and holidays are required

Schedule

Four 10-hour shifts per week
Weekends required

Pay & Benefits

$22–$24 per hour , based on experience
