Salary: up to $70K per year (depending on experience)

Qualifications:

• Must have healthcare experience as a Marketer or in Admissions; experience in assisted living preferred.
• Proven sales experience and ability to effectively sell services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be an energetic, self-driven individual with ability to develop and maintain relationships.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple admissions and inquiries simultaneously.
• Compassionate and patient approach when dealing with individuals in challenging situations.
• Familiarity with the admissions process and regulations within the healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in using relevant software applications for record-keeping and data management.

Responsibilities:

• Will engage with prospective residents and their families, showcasing the benefits and features of the facility.
• Build strong relationships and trust by providing accurate and compelling information about their community.
• Sell the unique qualities of the facility, ensuring a smooth and positive transition for residents.
• Manage the admissions process, including reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and evaluating prospective resident’s needs.
• Conduct comprehensive tours of the facility, highlighting the amenities, services, and care available. Promote the facility and attract potential clients.
• Conduct inside sales activities, including managing high-volume phone calls and effectively selling the facility
• Manage Google Ads
• Utilize healthcare industry knowledge to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs.
• Efficiently handle paperwork related to admissions and sales processes.
