You will help individuals develop independence, improve social skills, achieve personal goals, and enhance their overall quality of life.This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy building meaningful relationships and empowering individuals to succeed in everyday activities and community involvement.ResponsibilitiesProvide one-on-one behavioral and skills-based support in home and community settingsImplement individualized support plans designed to promote independence and skill developmentAssist individuals in developing daily living, communication, and social skillsSupport participation in community activities, recreational programs, volunteer opportunities, and appointmentsReinforce positive behaviors and utilize behavior support strategiesCollect and maintain accurate documentation of goals, behaviors, and progressFoster independence while promoting dignity, safety, and self-advocacyCollaborate with families, caregivers, and support teamsMaintain professional and supportive relationships with clients and their support networksAttend required trainings and team meetingsQualificationsCurrent Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification requiredHigh School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferredExperience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferredExperience providing community-based or in-home services is a plusStrong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsReliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Phoenixville areaAbility to work independently while maintaining professionalism and compassionSuccessful completion of required background checks, onboarding, and training requirementsIdeal CandidateYou are patient, dependable, and passionate about helping others achieve greater independence.
