Position Summary

Provides training evaluation, assessment, lessons learned tracking, and reporting support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain training deficiency and lessons learned database.
• Assist with publishing NAOCMAN 9-2 revisions.
• Support ATP development and updates.
• Analyze certification data to identify performance trends.
• Support CDRL A003 technical reporting and Commander-level documents.

Required Qualifications:

• Understanding of Instructional Systems Design (ISD).
• Experience evaluating military training programs.
• Familiarity with NAOC JMET standards and DRRS reporting.

Security Requirements:

• TS/SCI/SAP.
