Position Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU or Telemetry Role and Responsibilities Provide high-quality, safe patient care in an acute-care hospital setting. Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and responses to treatments. Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed. Monitor cardiac rhythms and operate specialized equipment. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams. Maintain accurate electronic medical records. Follow infection-control, safety protocols, and hospital policies. Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions. Demonstrate professionalism and adaptability in a dynamic environment. Qualifications and Skills Active Virginia RN license. Minimum of one year recent ICU or Telemetry experience within the past two years. Current BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association. QuantiFERON-TB Gold test completed within the past 12 months. COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption. Key Duties Additional credentials may be required based on assignment.
