About the Position

Job Title: X-Ray Technician Profession: Radiology/Cardiology Specialty: X-Ray Tech Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Mid 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum of 1 year in relevant field License: Valid WA or Compact license required Certifications: ARRT R, BLS Must-Have: OR experience required Description: This position requires a dedicated X-Ray Technician with acute care experience. The technician will perform various types of X-ray procedures. A patient ratio of 1:1 is expected during shifts. No on-call hours are required for this role. Weekends are not mandatory but coverage may be needed. The technician will float between units only if necessary. Special procedures such as bedside and portable procedures may be required. Experience with trauma cases and charting systems is strongly preferred. Candidates must have a strong background in providing patient care. Comprehensive training on the charting system used will be provided. References covering the last three years are required. Candidates must be prepared for a potential interview and provide availability upfront. All requirements should be discussed during the initial application process.
