CDL A Company Truck Driver Paid Training

Job Description

Job Description

Begin your trucking career with a company that invests in new drivers. If you have recently earned your Class A CDL and are looking for an opportunity to gain experience, 365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for a paid mentor program serving drivers based in the Madison, Wisconsin area.

You will spend four to six weeks on the road with an experienced trainer, learning the responsibilities of the job beyond CDL school. After successfully completing the training program, you will transition to your own truck and can earn $1,600–$1,800 per week.

What We Offer

• Paid four- to six-week mentor training
• Potential earnings of $1,600–$1,800 per week after training
• Weekly direct deposit
• Full benefits after training
• Practical, on-the-road experience with an experienced mentor
• A structured path from recent graduate to solo driver

What You’ll Do

During training, you will ride with an experienced driver who will help you develop the skills and confidence needed to operate independently. You will learn about:

• Safe driving and trip planning
• Pickups and deliveries
• Pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Communication with dispatch
• The daily responsibilities of an over-the-road driver

After successfully completing the mentor program, you will transition to your own truck and begin driving solo on the open road.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking drivers who are motivated to learn, work hard, and build a successful career.

• Valid Class A CDL
• Graduation from an accredited CDL school
• Clean motor vehicle record
• Ability to meet Department of Transportation qualification requirements
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Safety-focused and dependable approach to work

No previous driving experience is required.

Why New Drivers Choose 365 Freight USA

Starting your first trucking job can feel overwhelming. That is why you will receive structured support rather than being expected to figure everything out on your own. The mentor program is designed to help you gain real-world experience, ask questions, and build confidence before operating as a solo driver.
