Construction Laborer – $22/hr Job Insight:

We are seeking a dependable Skilled Laborer to support carpentry and general construction activities on a large-scale construction project. This role involves assisting with door and window installation, rough carpentry, material handling, site maintenance, and the safe use of hand and power tools. The ideal candidate will have construction experience, a strong safety mindset, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

• Perform basic and rough carpentry tasks as directed by supervisors
• Assist with the installation of doors, windows, and other building components
• Support daily construction activities through material handling and site preparation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively

• Minimum 1 year of construction, laborer, or carpentry experience
• Knowledge of rough carpentry and basic construction practices
• Experience using hand and power tools
• OSHA certification or strong understanding of construction safety practices

• Additional carpentry experience
• Experience on large-scale construction or industrial projects
• Familiarity with concrete work and general construction processes

• Long-term project with over a year of steady work

This is a Contract position based out of Batavia, NY.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
