What You’ll Do Conduct comprehensive pediatric physical therapy evaluations assessing gross motor skills, gait, balance, strength, mobility, and tone. Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based, play-based treatment plans. Engage families and caregivers with education, home exercise programs, and adaptive equipment recommendations to support functional progress. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (OTs, SLPs, pediatricians, orthotists) to provide holistic care. Complete documentation in an organized and timely manner with designated, paid admin time. Qualifications Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Active Indiana State PT License (or eligibility). Current CPR Certification.
