General Production Workers Wanted
Growing manufacturing company seeking to hire general production workers to join their team!
These roles are full-time, long-term roles with full benefits available after completion of probation period. We are looking for career oriented individuals for these roles. We currently have openings on 1st (M-F), 2nd (M-F), 3rd (SU - TH), weekend days (F-SU) and weekend night (F-SU) shifts!
Candidates will be working in a manufacturing setting making various small parts. Candidates will be operating machines, doing basic inspection, finishing and packaging products. Most of the parts are small in size and there is not a whole lot of heavy lifting involved with the roles. Candidates must be comfortable performing a variety of different duties as needed.
We are looking for candidates with 6+ months of manufacturing / production experience. The type of experience is not really all that important as we will train candidates who are willing to learn and want to work in a manufacturing setting!

This is a contract to hire position based out of Litchfield, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
