About the Role:
Join Our Kids Child Development Center as a Toddler Teacher, where you'll inspire and nurture young minds in a warm and engaging environment. We are dedicated to fostering the growth and development of children in Greenville, SC, and we are looking for passionate educators to join our team!
- Create and implement engaging lesson plans tailored for toddlers.
- Facilitate a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Observe and assess children's development and progress regularly.
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child's growth and activities.
- Encourage social skills and emotional development through play and interaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and activities.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
- Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Prior experience working with toddlers in a childcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- CPR and First Aid certification required or willing to obtain.
- Passion for early childhood education and child development.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude are essential.
- Background check clearance required prior to employment.
