The Perfect Candidate Will Have:
- Prior experience in a legal setting
- Advanced software skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and e-filing
- Excellent communication abilities and exceptional organizational skills
- Strong references and a driven work ethic
Key Qualifications:
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while providing outstanding support to both attorneys and clients
- Superior communication skills for effective interaction with attorneys, colleagues, and clients
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with precision and keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in handling legal files, drafting and reviewing documents, coordinating court dates, and conducting research to support case preparation
- Expertise in MS Word and the entire Office suite
- A college degree is preferred but not mandatory
