We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join our clinical team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, managing the daily flow of the front office while providing excellent customer service. You will work closely with our Doctors and Medical Assistants (MAs) to ensure a seamless, positive experience for every patient from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Coordination: Warmly greet patients, manage the check-in and check-out process, and schedule follow-up appointments.
- Communication: Answer multi-line phones, address patient inquiries, and route messages efficiently.
- Financial Tasks: Verify health insurance eligibility, confirm copays, and collect patient payments at the time of service.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate patient profiles, manage electronic filing, and process digital records or faxes, process medical record requests, referrals as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with Doctors and MAs to streamline daily schedules and improve the overall patient experience.
