*Job Summary*

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company, providing administrative support, insurance verification, referrals and authorizations and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.

*Duties*

- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner

- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Manage the office calendar and schedule appointments

- Assist with office tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning documents

- Provide excellent customer support to clients and visitors

- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area

-Assist with referrals and authorization and Insurance verification Referral

*Experience*

- Proven experience in an administrative or front desk role is preferred

- Proficiency in computerized systems including Microsoft Office Suite

- Familiarity with PAPER CHARTS and NexTech is a plus!

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
