We are looking for a candidate with a strong work ethic, leadership skills, positive personality and excellent communication skills. This is a well-established, privately-owned, busy Orthopaedic practice. Position is available immediately.
Job Duties:
- Check patients in and out.
- Registers new patients and updates existing patient demographics by collecting detailed patient information including personal and financial information
- Greet patients and visitors with the highest level of patient care and respect.
- Basic cash handling experience.
- Able to schedule appointments.
- Prepare charts for clinic.
- This person must be able to multi task in a fast paced environment
- Adhere to all policy and procedures of the practice.
- Position requires travel between our Port St Lucie and Stuart offices.
- Responsible for any and all other duties not listed here at management discretion.
Qualifications and Skills
- High School Diploma. 1+ years of experience in medical field.
- Excellent communication, organization and computer skills.
- Detail and patient service oriented.
- Bilingual preferred but not necessary.
