A high-growth health and longevity company is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their growing Finance team and report directly to the Controller. This role will support month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, forecasting, and process improvement initiatives while partnering cross-functionally with IT, Operations, and Supply Chain.

Schedule: Onsite 2 days/week 

Compensation: $100,000- 125,000 base + bonus 

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close and prepare journal entries and financial reporting
• Perform and review balance sheet and bank reconciliations
• Oversee inventory accounting and reconciliations
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure accurate accounting in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Partner with cross-functional teams on ERP, reporting, and process improvements
• Support audits and other accounting projects
• Help strengthen and improve accounting processes as the company continues to grow

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Progressive accounting experience, ideally at the Manager level

• Strong U. xhyhwjd S. GAAP experience

• Experience with month-end close and financial reporting

• Strong inventory accounting experience

• ERP systems experience required

• Experience with forecasting and budgeting

• Strong Excel skills

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• International accounting experience is a plus, but not required
