Certified Surgical Technician

Shift: NOC Hours per Shift: 12 Hours

Experience: Minimum 2 years of the last 3 in Operating Room; Level 1 Trauma experience (at least 1 year out of the last 3); Minimum of 1 year of travel experience in the last 3 years.

License: None specified

Certifications: Must be certified with NBSTSA or NCCT.

Must-Have: Strong (3 or 4) in General, Ortho, Neuro, Vascular, Trauma, Robotics, and Transplant.

Description: All shifts will be rotating (days, evenings, nights). Call and weekends are required. Call response time is 30 minutes. In-house call rooms are available for use when needed. Candidates must be certified with NBSTSA or NCCT; other types or uncertified candidates cannot be accepted. A minimum of 2 years in the Operating Room is required, with a preference for 3 years. Candidates must have Level 1 Trauma experience for at least 1 year out of the last 3. A minimum of 1 year of travel experience within the last 3 years is necessary. Scrubbing for all cases is required.
