Your work will directly influence safer workplaces, stronger systems, and more sustainable outcomes worldwide.What Your Impact Is:Shape and deliver innovative H&S compliance and management system solutions across industriesLead large, complex client engagements, influencing senior stakeholders and decision-makersIntegrate ESG drivers into operational risk, compliance, and assurance frameworksDrive continuous improvement in safety performance while enabling clients to meet sustainability goalsMentor and develop the next generation of consultants and technical leadersWhat You'll Bring:RequiredRelevant academic background in science, engineering, safety, environmental management, or related degree or equivalent experience5+ years (8+ years preferred) of progressive H&S and team supervisory experience in EHS corporate environmentsStrong understanding of regulations with proven experience in regulatory compliance strategy and executionDemonstrated expertise in health & safety management systems, auditing, and operational risk solutionsExperience developing and delivering H&S programs that improve performance and reduce riskAbility to build trusted client relationships and understand complex business needsStrong communication, leadership, and influencing skillsDriver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area.This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
