Duties

• Lead and manage complex labor and employment litigation cases.
• Provide preventative counseling to clients on labor and employment matters.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys to develop case strategies.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the firm's practice.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in labor and employment litigation.
• Experience with wage and hour class actions and single plaintiff litigation.
• Strong leadership and case management skills.
• A portable book of business is welcomed but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Washington.
