Position Summary

Rudiment Medicine is seeking highly motivated, entrepreneurial Sales Representatives to expand our network of aesthetic and healthcare partners across the United States.

We strongly prefer candidates with experience in the aesthetics industry, including:

• Licensed aestheticians and medical aestheticians
• Medspa and aesthetic-clinic professionals
• Aesthetic device, skincare, injectable, or medical sales representatives
• Professionals with established relationships in the aesthetics community

You will be responsible for developing new business relationships with medspas, dermatology clinics, aesthetic practices, plastic surgery practices, and wellness providers.

This is a high-activity, performance-driven sales role. You will consistently prospect, follow up, build relationships, and convert qualified practices into Rudiment Medicine partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new partnerships with medspas, aesthetic practices, dermatology clinics, plastic surgery practices, and wellness providers.
• Prospect clinic owners, physicians, injectors, aestheticians, practice managers, and other decision-makers.
• Educate healthcare and aesthetics professionals about Rudiment Medicine's biomarker-based precision skincare technology.
• Communicate the value of personalized, data-driven skincare and AI-enabled skin-health solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and partner training.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through consistent outreach and follow-up.
• Collaborate with marketing, scientific, and leadership teams to support customer acquisition and retention.
• Represent Rudiment Medicine at aesthetic conferences, networking events, and industry meetings.

Preferred Background

We will prioritize candidates with direct experience in the aesthetics industry, particularly:

• Licensed aestheticians or medical aestheticians
• Medspa professionals, managers, or owners
• Aesthetic device, skincare, injectable, or medical sales representatives
• Professionals with existing relationships with medspas, aestheticians, injectors, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, or aesthetic-practice owners
• Candidates who understand how aesthetic practices acquire, retain, and increase the lifetime value of their clients

Qualifications

• Strong communication, prospecting, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a high-volume outbound sales environment, with a recommended target of approximately 100 daily touchpoints
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Entrepreneurial and results-oriented mindset
• Relevant professional certification, or equivalent industry experience
