Updated Job Requirements for this role Under general supervision, perform maintenance tasks associated with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry in support of Property Management activities. Maintain the interior and exterior cleanliness of the corporate aircraft. Ensure aircraft supplies are replenished and inventory kept. Assist Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Technicians. Maintain the interior and exterior cleanliness of the departmental and executive vehicles. Ensure all aircraft are properly stocked for all flights. Assist in installing, servicing, and repairing equipment related to Property Management. Complete plant maintenance documents, maintain tools and equipment, and perform clean-up and housekeeping tasks as required. Observe and follow all safety rules and procedures.
