Oncology RN (Outpatient Infusion Clinic) - Travel Contract Summary

Position: Oncology Registered Nurse (RN)
Setting: Adult Hematology & Medical Oncology Infusion Clinic
Shift: 8-Hour Days (7:45 AM - 5:15 PM)
Hours: 40 hours/week available
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Patient Ratio: 1:5
Call: None
Weekends: None

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Oncology RN experience
• First-time travelers accepted
• Experience administering chemotherapy
• Central line experience required
• BLS required
• ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Certification required (must have)
• OCN certification preferred

Facility & Systems

• Charting: Epic
• Medication management: Pyxis
• Communication: Zoom, Microsoft Teams
• Pharmacy handles all chemotherapy mixing
• Equipment: Ambulatory infusion pumps

Floating

• May float between Matthews and Ballantyne Clinics (approximately 14 miles apart)

Ideal Candidate: Experienced Oncology RN with chemotherapy administration and central line skills, ONS Chemo/Bio certified, seeking a weekday outpatient infusion clinic assignment with no weekends or call.
