INR Customer Care Representative

Position INR Customer Care Representative (Pleasanton, CA) Location Must reside within commuting distance of Pleasanton, CA. Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from patients to report and accurately document their INR test results in patient accounts. Assist patients with ordering necessary testing supplies to ensure timely care. Provide troubleshooting support for patient testing meters, resolving issues efficiently. Make outbound calls to notify physicians’ offices of any out-of-range test results, ensuring effective communication. Qualifications 1+ year of customer service experience; call center experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong technical acumen. Excellent computer skills and ability to navigate multiple technical platforms simultaneously. High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED). Strong communication, attention to detail, collaborative mindset, patience and empathy. Ability to work Monday–Friday between 5:00am and 5:00pm PST. Compensation | Benefits Pay range: $20.00 to $31.00 per hour (in Pleasanton, CA). Work Hours & Schedule Scheduled Monday–Friday, 5:00am–5:00pm PST. Preferred shifts will be considered, but schedules are determined based on business needs.
