Production SchedulerBuzzBallz is seeking an analytical and highly organized Production Scheduler to support our manufacturing operations by developing and maintaining production schedules that maximize efficiency, inventory availability, and customer service. This role partners closely with Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, Materials, and Logistics teams to balance production capacity, demand forecasts, and inventory levels while ensuring products are delivered on time. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys solving complex scheduling challenges through collaboration and data-driven decision making.What You'll DoDevelop, maintain, and optimize production schedules to support manufacturing operations, customer demand, and inventory targetsManage production planning activities, including Master Production Schedule (MPS), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), replenishment planning, and production forecastingCoordinate with Production, Materials, Procurement, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to ensure materials and resources are available to meet production schedulesMonitor inventory levels and production capacity while proactively identifying risks that could impact customer service or product availabilityAnalyze production performance and scheduling data to improve operational efficiency, inventory management, and schedule adherenceSupport new product launches, production changes, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance planning processes and operational performanceQualifications/RequirementsRequired:Bachelor's degree requiredMinimum 2 years of experience in production scheduling, production planning, supply chain, manufacturing, or operations planningStrong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departmentsProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and experience working with ERP, MRP, or production planning systemsStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to make timely, data-driven decisionsPreferred:APICS (ASCM) Certification, Six Sigma Certification, or other supply chain or continuous improvement certificationExperience with ERP systems, including System21 or similar manufacturing softwareExperience with MRP, MPS, WMS, or other manufacturing planning systemsExperience within the food and beverage, alcohol beverage, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) manufacturing industryExperience supporting process design, implementation, and continuous improvement initiativesPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds without assistancePrimarily sedentary work involving prolonged periods of sitting and computer useAbility to work in both office and manufacturing environments with moderate noise levelsAbility to work an 8-hour shift and overtime as business needs requireStrong attention to detail with the ability to analyze data accuratelyRegular, reliable, in-person attendance is requiredCulture and BenefitsSazerac offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, paid holidays, career development opportunities, tuition assistance programs, and more.Compensation: $62,000 – $77,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, skills, and interview performance.Sazerac is committed to equality of opportunity without regard to race, color, religion, national or ethnic origin, veteran status, age, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, genetic information, physical or mental disability, or any other legally protected status.What's Next:After you apply, a recruiter will review your application and reach out to qualified candidates.
