If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated by high standards, you’ll feel at home leading our hygiene team in Foley, MN.
Why this role mattersYou’ll supervise sanitation for meat processing equipment across pork, beef, chicken, and turkey lines—keeping production areas pristine and compliant with GMP, safety, and sanitation rules.
Your impact (bullet-focused)- Team leadership: Use your management experience to direct, train, and motivate a sanitation crew.
- Equipment hygiene: Clean and sanitize meat processing equipment and tools across multiple proteins.
- Facility care: Maintain production areas in a neat, clean, and organized condition.
- Material flow: Operate or learn pallet handling equipment to move product or packaging materials.
- Compliance: Adhere to all GMP, safety, sanitation, and company plant rules.
- Documentation: Apply basic writing and math skills for logs and measurements.
- Flexibility: Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
- Proven team leader; prior management experience.
- Detail-focused and reliable.
- Physically capable: This position is very active and requires lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Monday to Friday
- 3:00pm – 9:00pm
