What’s Upstate is seeking a Manager, Coding to lead a team of coders and ensure effective coding operations. This role includes auditing complex service records to maintain compliance and accuracy while contributing to revenue initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management and at least 5 years of hospital-based coding experience, with a focus on ICD-10-CM and PCS coding.
