Production/Lamination Tasks & Duties

• Prepare materials such as wood, paper, fabric, plastics, or composites for lamination.

• Operate lamination equipment, presses, rollers, or hand tools to apply adhesives and bond layers.

• Align, position, and press materials to ensure smooth, even application without wrinkles, bubbles, or defects.

• Inspect finished laminated products for quality, durability, and adherence to specifications.

• Perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and adjustments on lamination equipment.

• Handle materials safely, including adhesives, solvents, and protective coatings.

Production/Lamination Shift Info

• Night Shift, 6:00 pm to 6:00 am

• Monday - Sunday

Production/Lamination Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)

• Production/Lamination experience preferred

• GED / High School Diploma

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

• Able to pass a background check

• Able to work in the US

• Ability to operate or learn to operate lamination machinery and hand tools.

• Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality.

• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

• Ability to read and follow work orders, instructions, and safety guidelines.
