Senior Financial Analyst

Reporting directly to senior finance leadership, you'll work across multiple business units, providing financial insights that help shape strategic decisions.

What You'll Be Doing Analyze revenue trends, financial performance, and key business metrics across multiple operating locations Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations that translate financial data into meaningful business insights Partner with accounting and operational teams to analyze revenue, profitability, and performance drivers Support month-end close by assisting with revenue analytics, accrual analysis, and financial reporting Perform scenario modeling and profitability analyses to support strategic initiatives Help improve financial reporting processes, standardize analytics, and identify opportunities for automation Collaborate with finance leadership on special projects, business initiatives, and operational improvements What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 3–5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance Healthcare industry experience is strongly preferred Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build and maintain complex financial models Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting Familiarity with revenue recognition and reimbursement analytics is a plus Experience supporting multi-site or multi-entity organizations is preferred CPA or MBA is a plus but not required Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills Why This Opportunity Stands Out High-visibility role supporting executive finance leadership Opportunity to influence business strategy through data-driven insights Broad exposure to FP&A, financial reporting, operational analytics, and strategic planning Collaborative, cross-functional environment with direct interaction across finance and operations Growing organization with strong career advancement potential Hybrid work schedule and an opportunity to make an immediate impact within a dynamic finance team Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
