Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a data center, real estate, infrastructure, or capital-intensive industry.
- Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP, equity accounting, and consolidation across multi-entity structures.
- Proven experience leading shared services functions and driving accounting process improvements.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting systems (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, or similar) and automation tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills with a strong attention to detail.
