Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist

• Qualified applicants MUST have at least 2 years of experience in Rehab

• Qualified applicants MUST have Insert all "Required" items like GE, OASIS, or Degrees

• Insert Preferred Skills is Preferred

• Valid Physical Therapist license

• Be willing to obtain State licensure

• Deliver Physical Therapist (Rehab) evaluations and treatment plans to support patient mobility, strength, and functional independence.

• Apply evidence-based Physical Therapist rehab techniques using patient-centered care, therapeutic exercise, and progress monitoring to improve outcomes.

• Collaborate with the rehab team on care plans, documentation, and treatment goals using industry-standard terminology to ensure continuity of care.
