Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Clinical Magnet (part of Icon Medical Network), is partnering with a respected healthcare organization seeking a full-time COTA to support a skilled nursing and rehabilitation patient populations in the Painesville, Ohio area.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Responsibilities

Assist Occupational Therapists with patient treatment plans and therapy interventions
Help patients improve daily living skills and functional independence
Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to therapy teams
Educate patients and caregivers on therapy activities and goals
Maintain accurate documentation and EMR records

Qualifications

Active COTA license required
Associate Degree from an accredited OTA program
Experience in SNF, rehab, or senior care settings preferred but open to all backgrounds
Strong communication and patient care skills, a TRUE interest in helping patients

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation based on experience, Roughly Starting at $25-$35/hr
